This 20 minute guided meditation invites you to embody the qualities of a mountain in the face of unpredictable change, challenges and difficult situations.

R.A.I.N. Meditation
This 20 minute guided meditation is adapted from the Tara Brach R.A.I.N practice. This guided meditation can be helpful for embracing self-compassion during difficult times.
