Life transitions can be a difficult time for many people. These transitions usually require processing the past and making plans for moving forward and that can be tricky as grief, fear, regret, and other emotional states can easily trigger critical self-talk and shame.

This resource pack includes resources that discuss life transitions and cultivating compassion when moving forward towards a new beginning. We use the New Year as a starting point to address transitions in our podcast and blog, but the ideas presented can be applied to any transitional situation. Two of the three included worksheets are not focused on any specific transition, to be customized for whatever situation you or your clients are working through (wedding, death, new job, birth of a child, retirement, etc.), while the last worksheet is already modified for the New Year.

We've also included our informative podcast episode and blog post, to make it as easy as possible for you to access all of our content. (No need to have more tabs open than necessary!)
