Juniper Owens, LCSW (she/her/they) blends ecotherapy practices, forest bathing and outdoor adventure as a guide for folks seeking mental health treatment. She is a certified level 2 ecotherapist, nature connection guide and a Yasei Shinrin Yoku guide and practitioner. She has also studied with Animus Valley Institute, Earthbody Institute, Wildcraft Forest School, Center for Mindful Ecotherapy and Living Earth School and is a founder member of the Shinrin Yoku Society of Kentuckiana. They are the Ecotherapy and Education Director of Bridge Counseling and Wellness, an integrative mental health center in Louisville, Ky as well as the Lead Faculty at The Academy of Integrative Mental Health. Juniper, a Kentucky native and Kentucky Master Naturalist, is passionate about connecting folks to their wild nature, authentic selves and fostering the tender nurturing and protection of our planet Earth.
Holden Dillman, MSSW, CYT
Therapist, Social Worker and Yoga Instructor
Holden Dillman, MSSW, CYT (he/him/they/them). Holden finds deep joy in serving as a trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation instructor, and social worker. Their experience is grounded in nature-based healing through integrating trauma related to sexual violence and migration. Currently he works at GreenHouse17, an emergency shelter and award-winning horticultural therapeutic flower farm for survivors of intimate partner violence. Holden is committed to holding space for collective liberation of the mind, body, and soul in radical community.
