Megan began her path toward helping others in 2006 and has worked in a variety of settings including domestic violence shelters, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health agencies, and residential treatment. She has a passion for helping teach people to utilize their intuition and strengths to work through current issues and build a positive foundation to better navigate future obstacles.

Megan, who has her own experience with anxiety and depression, inherently recognizes the importance of taking care of one's body, mind, spirit, environment, and relationships. She has been a practitioner of yoga for twenty years, teaches meditation, and has knowledge in exercise, new age spirituality, herbs, and a certification in nutrition consultation.
