This course will dive into current research and evidence on supplements for mental health, provide high-quality pdf reference handouts and guide you in how to discuss supplements with clients with ethics and safety in mind.

Juniper Owens (she/her/they) is Co-founder and Wellness Director of Bridge Counseling and Wellness, an integrative mental health center, and Co-founder of the Academy of Integrative Mental Health. Jennifer has an extensive background in holistic health and wellness as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. Jennifer also completed basic herbalist training at the Australasian College of Health Sciences. During this time she received education on essential oils, herbs, advanced anatomy and physiology classes and holistic stress management treatment. As a licensed clinical social worker, Jennifer has used the 3-Core Integrative approach specializing in the treatment of anxiety and chronic stress with great success. Jennifer facilitates trainings and talks on integrative mental health. She has served as an adjunct faculty at the University of Louisville teaching Human Behavior in the Social Environment.

As Clinical Director and CEO of a successful integrative mental health group practice, Nicole overseas all staff training, procedures and policies as well as maintains a self-care oriented workplace culture. Nicole is the recipient of several awards including Most Admired CEO in 2019. She is a leader in the field of mental health and leadership development. In addition, Nicole has studied in nutrition coaching and has advanced training in Mindfulness Meditation and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction. Nicole facilitates talks in corporate settings on self-care, work-life balance and empowered living utilizing an integrative approach. Nicole is a Holistic Psychotherapy Expert and monthly contributor at goodtherapy.org, writes for several local and national publications.
